Square Enix FF 1 & 2 iPhone | Square Enix FF 1 & 2 iPod Touch | Final Fantasy on phone – Final Fantasy on your phone! So if you live in Japan, it will do neither hot nor cold to hear that. In fact since 2004 we can already play Final Fantasy I on the phone Nippon classic. Reminded that FFII for i-mode was even sold bundled with the Panasonic P901i in 2005, and FFIV was released on mobile in 2009.
But then, Square Enix has said that it could do with one stone two birds carrying FFI & II on iPhone / iPod Touch, because it would cover 99% of nippones mobile platforms and above would open the doors of foreign countries where the iPhone is very well established.
