The latter has a nice slim and sleek. Receiving certification Citrix and VMware, the Latitude 13 supports the desktop virtualization. Dell expands its range of laptops for professionals by unveiling its ultra-mobile Latitude 13. The Texas manufacturer announced that its ultra-mobile Latitude 13 embeds a 13.3-inch screen and is powered by a choice of an Intel Celeron 743 1.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500 at 1.4 GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo clocked at 1.3 GHz.
With a weight of 1.5 kg to 16.5 mm thick, ultra-portable that can run under a range of operating systems, namely Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Ubuntu Linux.
The Latitude 13 may also be delivered with a conventional hard disk with a capacity of 250 or 320 GB, but can also carry a SSD (flash memory) 16 or 64 GB
Connectivity side, the new laptop from Dell supports Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11n and Bluetooth 2.1. It also incorporates a 1.3 megapixel webcam and a memory card reader 5-in-1.
The Dell Latitude 13 will be available in the coming weeks. It prices have been estimated between 500 and 800 euros depending on the configuration chosen.
